Period of validity

The period is 6 months running from the day the product is shipped.

Return Merchandise Authorization Policy (RMA)

It applies only to products with manufacturing defects. Products will be received by RMA, that is, for replacement request, if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is under warranty period.
  • The product has no physical damage, such as breakage, dents, scratches, forced stretching of cables, and any other defect not attributable to its normal operation.

In all cases, the customer is responsible for sending the product to our offices.

Evaluation of the product returned by RMA

  • If it works correctly: It will be returned to the customer, which must cover the shipping cost.
  • If it has a manufacturing failure: It will be replaced with a similar product. The shipping cost to the customer will be covered by TenaxSoft.

Return shipping process

  1. The shipment must be made in the name of TenaxSoft S.R.L (request address by mail to ventas@tenaxsoft.com).
  2. Once the shipment is made, the package tracking must be communicated by mail to us (request it at the post office, when sending).
