Taxes are only used for ticket generation and printing. If you use taxes, the ticket will detail each tax-free item, then a Subtotal appears, and below the total value of each tax applied.

Access the settings


Enter the PC server menu→ Setting → Billing → Taxes

New tax


To create a tax click on the New button, type the tax name and place the percentage value. You can create all the taxes you think necessary.
In turn, you can create different taxes for different categories of products and services, for products or services in particular, for subscribers and rental of equipment, and for the control of peripherals.


The tax name will appear on the ticket as it appears in the Configuration Name field.

Taxes are deducted from the value of the items configured. For example: Product: Coffee, with cost $20 and a 10% tax, the ticket will look like

Coffee:   $18,18
Tax:        $1,82
Total:      $ 20

Important

Another way to create and configure the tax punctually is by accessing the PC Server menu → Setting → POS → Products / Stock. There, select the product you want to tax and click on the Create Tax link.

Venezuela: Taxes for tax printers


The value defined as Tax in the tax printer is used. Whether the tax is internal or external, that is, whether the amount generated by CyberPlanet includes the tax or not, will depend on how you set the tax on your tax printer. Check with your agent to modify these values in the particular case of your printer.
