El Mapa de equipos Online te permite mostrar en una TV la distribución y disponibilidad de todas tus PCs. El mapa es accesible desde internet, por lo que puedes integrarlo también a tu sitio web.
Todos los clientes pueden saber qué equipos están libres o próximos a desocuparse.

Crear Mapa

El botón crear mapa te llevará a la sección del panel de cliente que permite la creación del mismo.

El panel de cliente se conectará con tu instalación de CyberPlanet y te permitirá crear el mapa fácilmente. Se puede incluir en el mapa las PCs que desees, no necesariamente todas.
Los controles disponibles incluyen:

• Nombre del negocio como título configurable.
• Nivel de zoom o escalado
• íconos de Puerta, Caja, baño y paredes.
• Imagen de fondo con transparencia configurable.
• íconos de PCs rotables.

Vista del mapa

El botón "vista de prueba" te permite ver como ha quedado tu mapa y copiar el link para abrir en la TV de tu negocio o incluir en tu sitio web. 

La vista muestra:

• El estado de cada PC con un código de colores fijo: Fondo negro para equipos ocupados. Fondo verde para equipos disponibles.
• ícono de joystick para diferenciar Consolas de PCs.
• Disponibilidad de equipos libres por zona. Las PCs tienen un círculo del color a la zona que pertenecen.
• Próximos equipos a liberarse: Se muestran en esta lista los equipos en uso Prepago o Pospago ordenados según el tiempo disponible que les queda.

Disponibilidad del Mapa Online

El link al mapa online está hosteado en https://tenaxsoft.com por lo que tendrás siempre acceso a él desde internet, no solo desde tu negocio. El mapa solo funciona si CyberPlanet está abierto, de no ser así dará un mensaje de error.
La tasa de actualización de datos es de aproximadamente 3 segundos, por lo que se muestra casi en tiempo real.

Si desconoces como abrir el link en tu Smart TV, puedes:

• transmitir una pestaña de chrome al chromecast interno de tu TV:  https://support.google.com/chromecast/answer/3228332?hl=es-419
• Colocar la TV como segundo monitor a una PC y abrir el link allí en pantalla completa

The Online Equipment Map allows you to show on a TV the distribution and availability of all your PCs. The map is accessible from the internet, so you can also integrate it into your website.
All customers can know which equipment is free or close to vacating.

Access to the settings

Enter the PC Server menu→ Setting → Equipment rental → Map of equipment Online.

Create Map

The create map button will take you to the client panel section that allows creating the map.

The client panel will connect to your CyberPlanet installation and allow you to create the map easily. You can include on the map the PCs you want, not necessarily all.
Available controls include:

• Business name as configurable title.
• Level of zoom or scaling.
• Icons of Door, Box, Bathroom and Walls.
• Background image with configurable transparency.
• Icons of rotable PCs.

Map view

The test view button allows you to see how your map is and copy the link to open on your business TV or include on your website.

The view shows:

• The status of each PC with a fixed color code: Black background for occupied equipment. Green background for available equipment.
• Joystick icon to differentiate consoles from PCs.
• Availability of free equipment by zone. PCs have a color circle to the zone they belong to.
• Next teams to be released: The teams in use Prepaid or Postpaid ordered according to the time available are shown in this list.

Availability of the Online Map

The link to the online map is hosted on https://tenaxsoft.com so you will always have access to it from the internet, not only from your business. The map only works if CyberPlanet is open, otherwise it will give an error message.
The data update rate is about 3 seconds, so it shows up almost in real time.
