Las reglas tarifarias son flexibles a cualquier esquema que necesite.
Desde CyberPlanet ingrese al menú PC Servidor → Configuración → Renta de Equipos → Perfiles/Tarifas.

a) Predeterminar
Con las flechas ↑ (arriba) o ↓ (abajo) seleccione el perfil para llevarlo hacia la primera posición. De esta manera quedará predeterminado que el cliente usará ese perfil al habilitar la PC.
b) Nuevo Perfil
Haciendo clic sobre Nuevo Perfil, podrá crear un perfil:
Anónimo:
Para clientes ocasionales. No requiere usuario y contraseña para uso de PC
Registrados:
Para clientes que inician sesión con Usuario y Contraseña. Pueden beneficiarse del Sistema de Puntos.
Tarjeta PIN:
Tarjeta prepaga de crédito fijo, no recargable. Cuando se genera una tarjeta se agrega automáticamente al stock interno de tarjetas PIN. Puede imprimirse desde CyberPlanet o externamente previo a la venta. Se vende desde el TPV.
Ticket PIN:
PIN de crédito fijo, no recargable. Se genera un ticket con los datos para acceder a la PC una vez que se vende el Ticket PIN desde el TPV.
c) Editar Perfil
Por medio de este botón se edita el perfil seleccionado. Mas info.
d) Deshabilitar Perfil
Seleccione el perfil que desee deshabilitar y presione Deshabilitar.

Esta opción es útil para deshabilitar perfiles que ya no desea utilizar sin necesidad de borrar a todos los usuarios que tengan asociada su cuenta con el perfil deshabilitado. |
e) Eliminar Perfil
Seleccione el perfil que desee eliminar y presione Eliminar. Si su perfil posee clientes registrados, puede asignarlos a otro perfil registrado existente o bien eliminar las cuentas de ese perfil.
f) Renombrar
Seleccione el perfil al cual desea cambiarle el nombre y presione Renombrar.
g) Clonar
Si desea crear un nuevo perfil con las mismas reglas tarifarias de uno ya existente, utilice este botón. Luego podrá cambiarle el nombre al perfil clonado.
h) Importar Clientes
Desde aquí podrá recuperar (importar) un listado de clientes, con sus respectiva información (Usuario, nombre, apellido, crédito, puntos acumulados, etc).
Esta opción es ideal para migrar sus clientes de un software hacia CyberPlanet o viceversa. O bien para comenzar con una nueva base de datos y recuperar únicamente sus clientes registrados

From CyberPlanet enter the PC Server menu → Settings → Equipment rental → Profiles / Rates.

Pricing profiles
a) Predetermine
With the arrows ↑ (up) or ↓ (down) select the profile to take it to the first position. This way it will be default that the client will use that profile when enabling the PC.
b) New Profile
By clicking on New Profile, you can create a profile:
Anonymous:

Registered:
...
PIN Card:
...
PIN Ticket :
Fixed, non-refillable credit PIN. A ticket is generated with the data to access the PC once the PIN Ticket is sold from the POS.
c) Edit profile
This button edits the selected profile. More information.
d) Disable Profile
Select the profile you want to disable and press Disable.

This option is useful to disable profiles you no longer want to use without deleting all users associated with your account with the disabled profile. |
e) Delete profile
Select the profile you want to delete and press Delete.
f) Rename

g) Clone
If you want to create a new profile with the same tariff rules as an existing one, use this button. Then you can rename the cloned profile.
