Access to the settings
Enter the menu Server PC → Settings → Client PCs → PC in use.
Settings
a) Time consumed
By disabling this option, your customers will not be able to see the usage time they are consuming or remaining time.
b) Minimize button
By disabling this option, your customers will not be able to minimize the session information bar.
c) Amount consumed
Disabling this option, your customers will not be able to see amount consumed.
d) Finish button
By disabling this option, your customers will not be able to Terminate the PC. Only the operator from CyberPlanet.
Suggestion
You can completely remove the customer information window from the screen. You just need to disable the options: Time Consumed, Amount Consumed, Minimize button and Finish button.
e) Start chat from client PC
By activating this option your customers will be able to chat with your turn operator.

In order for operators to chat with their customers, they must have the permission enabled. More information

f) Default position of the session information bar
By default Top to Right appears, but you can also select the option Top to Left or to appear Minimized.
g) Open browser when logging in
Disabling this option, when you log in from client PCs the browser will not automatically open with your home page configured.
Warning
This option is not available for the Lite version of CyberPlanet.
h) Website
From here, you can configure the website that will open when the client logs on to the PC.

Website settings are not available in the Lite version of CyberPlanet.
i) Open Extended Information panel at Login
Enabling this option your customer will be able to view from the beginning, either the information of your session or the products you sell in your business.
Important
If you use the points system, it is very useful to enable the option "Session information (so that your customers can easily access the exchange of points from the client PC).
j) Delete wallpaper
Checking this option removes the desktop background of client PCs.
k) Volume of sound notifications
From here you can set the volume level with which your customers will receive CyberPlanet alerts: Low, Medium or High.
