Right click on Client PC and select the option you want.

Warning

Visible or enabled options depend on PC status.

Start Prepaid


The customer pays in advance for the use of the PC. You can enable the prepayment according to time or amount.

If you want, you can use the quick access buttons located on the top bar. More information.

Important

To start a prepaid you can also use the keyboard shortcut Control + P.

Start Postpaid


This option is useful when a customer wants to use the PC for an amount of time and wants to pay at the end of use.

Start Free Use


This option is useful if you have more than one profile and want to select a particular profile.


Or you can directly press Enable PC and use the default profile.

Sell products/services


Using this option you can open the POS and sell a product or service to the PC Customer that you have selected.

Remove Products/ Services sold


Using this option you can remove products or services that have been mistakenly applied to a Client PC.

To remove products or services sold to a PC, it must be in use or pending collection. Once charged the PC will be able to make a Credit Note.

Important

To remove products or services sold to a PC, the same must be in use or pending collection. Once charged the PC may perform a Credit note.

Suggestion

Removal of Products or Services is a Permit per operator.

Swap PCs 


There are two ways to exchange PCs.

1- Select the PC you want to change, right click, select Swap PCs and indicate the PC number Destination


Important

Another way to exchange PCs, is using the keyboard shortcut Control + C.

2-  Select by left clicking on the Client PC you want to exchange, drag it to the new PC and release the left button.

Visual Menu


Session notes

Select the Client PC to which you want to apply a note, press the right mouse button and enter the Visual Menu → Session notes.

Session Notes are useful for recording previous cancellations made by your client or for writing down debts you want to collect along with PC use.

Important

Another way to enter a Session Note is by using the Control + N, keyboard shortcut.

Alias

Select the Client PC to which you want to apply an Alias, press the right mouse button and enter the Visual Menu → Alias and confirm the change.

Aliases are useful to easily differentiate a terminal. For example you can differentiate an XBox, a Play4 or a Play5.

Important

To remove an Alias, you must repeat the process, delete the previously entered text and confirm the change.

Pc brand

Select the Client PC you want to Mark or Uncheck, press the right mouse button and enter the Visual Menu → PC Brand.

Important

Another way to PC Brand is by using the Control + M keyboard shortcut.

Maintenance menu


Turn off

Select the Client PC you want to turn off, right click on it and enter the Maintenance menu → Turn off (Keyboard shortcut - Control + A).

Suggestion

If you want you can use the option of Energy Saving for automatic shutdown of PCs Customers. More information


Important

You can Turn off all free PCs from the Terminals menu →  Shut down

Turn on

To turn on a Client PC right click on it and enter the Maintenance menu → Turn on

Importante

To Turn on all Clients PCs remotely enter the Terminals menu  Turn on all .

 

Suggestion

If you want you can use the option of Energy Saving using the automatic ignition of PCs Customers. Más info     . 

Restart

To restart a PC Client right click on it and enter the Maintenance menu → Restart (Keyboard shortcut Control + R).

Important

You can restart all free PCs from the Terminals menu → Restart without use

Suggestion

If you want you can use the automatic reniciado of PCs Clients. More information.

Block

Enabling this option prevents a client PC from being enabled. To do this select the Client PC you want to Lock or Unlock, press the right mouse button and enter the Maintenance menu → Block

View screen

If you want to display a PC screen, right click on it and select Maintenance menu → View screen.

With this tool you will be able to display the screen of your PC Client.

View processes

With this tool you will be able to see the processes and windows of the PC that you select, being able to Finish Process or Close Windows.

Manage remote PC

If you want to manage a PC Client enter the Maintenance menu → Manage remote PC.

This action requires the consent of the customer who can Accept or Cancel the Operator’s request.

Audio volume

If you want to configure the volume to a particular client PC, go to the Maintenance menu  →  Audio volume.

Move the bar, with the right being the maximum volume and the left the minimum.

Open Web page

If you want to open a web page on a Client PC from the server, enter the Maintenance menu → Open Web page.

There you can select a website from the list or enter the URL you want.

Importante

In order to use this feature, the Operator must have enabled the permission [Remote Access] Manage Display → manage processes → open web pages on PCs Clients. View: Set permissions of the operator

Chat


This option is ideal for operators to maintain a dialogue with customers without leaving their workplace.

Right click on the Client PC with which you want to chat and select the Chat menu.

A dialog window will open. Type the message and press Enter to send it.

Important

The availability of this option can be configured in a general way by enabling the option Start chat from client PC or in particular from the Set Permissions.


Important

If a Client PC wishes to communicate with an Operator, it must click on the Menu icon and then on the Chat icon.
