CyberPlanet le permite vender productos y servicios a través del TPV (Terminal punto de venta). Utilizando esta opción podrá llevar toda la economía de su negocio desde CyberPlanet. Acceso a la configuraciónIngrese al menú PC Servidor → Configuración → Punto de Venta → Productos/Stock. Opciones de Productos y Stock
a) Cuadro debusquedabúsquedaSi esta buscando editar alguno de sus productos, escriba aquí las inicial del mismo y encuéntrelo rápidamente. b) Editar categoríasDesde aquí puede acceder directamente a la configuración de categorías. c) Mostrar sólo categoríaPor defecto se muestran todas las categorías. Si desea trabajar con los productos de una categoría en particular, deberá seleccionarla desde este menú. d) Nuevo
Haciendo clic sobre Nuevo podrá crear productos.
1- CategoríaSeleccione la Categoría del nuevo producto. Las categorías le permitirán administrar y optimizar las ventas de sus productos y servicios. Luego de generar las categorías debe aplicarlas a cada producto. Al momento de realizar una venta podrá filtrar por Categoría para acelerar las búsquedas.
2- Precio finalAquí deberá colocar el precio de venta para su producto. 3- NombreColoque el nombre del producto (La cantidad máxima de caracteres para este campo es de 100).
4- Precio de costoAhora puede configurar el precio de costo de su producto y calcular mejor sus ganancias. Ingrese el precio de costo de su producto.
5- DetallesPuede agregar detalles adicionales a su producto. (Ideal para diferenciar los productos que poseen nombres similares).
6- Valor en puntos Ahora puede configurar la cantidad de puntos que necesita un cliente para cambiarlo por sus productos.
7- Stock mínimoEsta configuración es ideal para obtener rápida y sencillamente, un listado de aquellos productos que necesitan ser repuestos. Seleccione Seleccioné el producto y modifique el valor de stock mínimo por el que usted desee. (Por defecto el valor es 1). 8- Stock actualDesde aquí podrá ingresar o editar el stock actual de sus productos. 9- ImpuestoLos impuestos se utilizan solamente para la generación e impresión de tickets. Si utiliza impuestos, el ticket detallará en primer lugar cada elemento sin impuestos, luego un subtotal, y finalmente el valor total de cada impuesto que se aplique. Más info. 10- Elegir imagenPresionando este botón podrá ingresar o editar las imágenes de sus productos. 11- Código - Lector de código de barrasSi usted posee un lector de código de barras, colocando el cursor del mouse sobre este recuadro podrá configurar el código a su producto. 12- Compra disponible desde PC Cliente.Habilitando esta opción sus clientes podrá comprar este producto desde la PC Cliente. e) EditarPara editar alguno de sus productos, simplemente haga doble clic sobre la fila donde se encuentra el mismo. f) EliminarSi desea eliminar un producto, selecciónelo, haga clic en Eliminar, confirme y por último seleccione si desea conservar el producto dentro del historial o no. g) Actualización masiva de precio
Haciendo clic sobre este botón, usted podrá configurar una suba o baja generalizada de precios de modo porcentual, tomando como referencia el precio de venta o bien aumentar el margen de ganancias. h) Importar/Exportar productosDesde aquí podrá recuperar (importar) o generar (exportar) un listado de producto, con sus respectiva información (Precio de costo, Precio de venta, Stock, detalle de producto, etc). Esta opción es ideal para migrar sus productos de un software hacia CyberPlanet o viceversa. f
i) Imprimir lista de productosHaciendo clic sobre este botón, podrá imprimir un lista de todos sus productos, con el precio unitario, la categoría, etc. j) Productos que necesitan reposiciónConozca de modo ágil cuales son los productos que alcanzado stock cero o el stock mínimo (El stock mínimo es opcional y configurable para cada uno de sus productos). k) Permitir ventas con stock negativoMarcando esta opción permite la venta de productos con stock menor o igual a 0. gl) Conservar historialDesde aquí podrá elegir durante cuántos meses desea conservar el historial de sus productos. Colocando 0 puede guardar el historial durante tiempo indeterminado. i) Imprimir lista de productosHaciendo clic sobre este botón, podrá imprimir un lista de todos sus productos, con el precio unitario, la categoría, etc.

CyberPlanet allows you to sell products and services through the POS (Point of Sale Terminal). Using this option you can bring the entire economy of your business from CyberPlanet. Access to the settingsEnter the PC Server menu → Setting → Point of Sale → Products / Stock. Product and Stock Options
a) Search boxIf you are looking to edit any of your products, write here the initial of it and find it quickly. ab) Edit categoriesFrom here you can directly access the category settings. bc) Show only categoryBy default all categories are displayed. If you want to work with products from a particular category, you should select it from this menu. cd) New
By clicking on New you can create products.
1- CategorySelect the new product category. Categories will allow you to manage and optimize sales of your products and services. After generating the categories you should apply them to each product. At the time of a sale you can filter by Category to speed up searches.
2- Final priceHere you must place the selling price for your product. 3- NamePlace product name (The maximum number of characters for this field is 100).
4- Cost priceNow you can set the cost price of your product and better calculate your profits. Enter the cost price of your product.
5- DetailsYou can add additional details to your product. (Ideal to differentiate products with similar names). 6- point valueYou can now set the number of points a customer needs to exchange for their products.
7- Minimum stockThis configuration is ideal to obtain quickly and simply, a list of those products that need to be replaced. Select the product and modify the minimum stock value you want. (By default the value is 1). 8- Actual stockFrom here you can enter or edit the current stock of your products. 9- TaxTaxes are only used for ticket generation and printing. If you use taxes, the ticket will first detail each tax-free item, then a subtotal, and finally the total value of each tax that is applied.
