There are three types of profiles:
Anonymous:
Occasional customers, does not require username and password for PC use. They cannot accumulate points or contract debt.
Registered:
Customers who log in with User and Password, can benefit from the Points System or contract debt (optionally).
PIN card:
Fixed, non-refillable prepaid credit card. Inventory is entered as a stockable product.PIN Ticket:
Fixed credit pin, non-refillable. Generated at the time of sale in ticket form.
Profile
a) Allow payment on completion
By enabling this option your customers will be able to use the PC and pay when they finish their use.
By unchecking this option, your customers will only be able to use PCs by paying in advance or by having credit in their accounts (Accounts with exclusive credit for Registered Customers).
b) Buy products/services with credit
By enabling this option your customer can buy products or services by discounting the balance of your credit.
c) Buy products or services from your PC
Now your customers can purchase products and services from the comfort of the PC, with a simple and modern graphics environment.
d) Allow unused credit to be returned (Only for Anonymous Profile)
This new option of CyberPlanet 6.5, allows to return the money to the customer who has used Prepaid and did not consume all his credit.
e) Allowable equipment
With this configuration you can charge your customers according to the type of PC.
For example: If you have a VIP sector you can enable a more expensive rate only for those PCs. By default, rates are enabled for all PCs.
- Click on Allowed Equipment
- Uncheck the Clients PCs where you do not want to use the selected profile and close the window.
f) Change color
This setting is useful to quickly differentiate the profile with which the computers are enabled.
If you want to change the color of any of your profiles, click Change Color and select the new color.
g) Main Rate
Simple way
1- Minimum Cost:
If you want, you can specify the minimum cost to charge. The enabled PC will charge this minimum amount until some tariff rule exceeds it in cost.
2- Hourly cost:
Set how much you want to charge for 1 hour on PC usage.
3- Fractionate each:
Select every how many minutes you want to split the cost of your hour.
For example: If you charge for 1 hour $6 and split every 15 minutes, your customer will pay $1.5 every 15 minutes of use.Advanced mode
1- New rule:
Select the cost, fraction and check if you want the rule to repeat.
2- Edit rule
Select the rule you want to edit and press this button to correct the cost of your rule.
3- Delete Rule
With this button you can remove the tariff rule you want.
4- Rule repetitionFrom here you can configure from which rule you want the collection cycle to start again.
And in Repeating Rules we will select rule number 4.
Example: We have a fare with 4 rules:
Rule 1: $5 for 15 minutes
Rule 2: $9 for 30 minutes
Rule 3: $16 for 60 minutes.
Rule 4: $8 for 30 minutesFree
Checking this option, the use of PC with this profile will not be charged.
Tariff test
This option is ideal to evaluate your rate, see if you behave and charge as you want, detect problems in your settings and edit easily.
h) Set day and time
This option is ideal to charge different prices according to the schedule or the day. From here you can determine at which times or days the selected profile is available. By default it applies on all days and times.
By clicking on an hour, add/remove that time for every day of the week. By clicking on the name of the day, add/remove all hours of the corresponding day.

Additional hourly rates
This option is ideal to make a differentiated charge, promotional, by day of the week or by schedule.
Create a new rule, configure its cost and finally determine in which days or schedule it will work.

b) Tolerance
From here you can set the number of minutes you want to give your customers. If you do not want to give your customers time, you must leave the value 0.
For example: If the tolerance is 1 minute, the cost of 30 minutes will be charged after the 31st minute of use.
Special discount
c) Prints
If you wish, you can place a special discount on Impressions to your registered customers, so that you can loyalty them. Place the percentage value you want to apply.
d) Recordings and Scans
If desired, you can place a special discount on Recordings or Scans to your anonymous customers. Place the percentage value you want to apply.

From here you can set the number of minutes you want to give your customers. If you do not want to give your customers time, you must leave the value 0.

Account maturity
c) maturities
By setting this option, you can make your customers' accounts expire. Expiration applies when the set number of days is met.
Depending on the chosen option, the days are counted differently:
Since 1° use.
You start counting days from the first time you use your account.
Since last use.
You start counting days when you use your account. This means that the number of days will reboot each time you use your account.
Undated.
No times are calculated. Account will never expire.
d) At maturity
If you enabled the First Use or Last Use Account Expiration option, you can specify the action to perform at maturity.
Remove accumulated points
When the customer reaches maturity, their accumulated points are automatically eliminated.
Remove available credit
When the customer reaches maturity, the credit that has accumulated is automatically eliminated.

Mail notifications
g) Send Happy Birthday Email
Taking into account the data entered from each of your customers, CyberPlanet automatically sends an email to your customer’s registered e-mail to wish you a happy birthday on behalf of your business.
h) Send mail when account maturity approaches
CyberPlanet will automatically send an email to customers that are close to their account maturity (1 week before maturity and 1 day before maturity)
i) Edit mail models
From here you can write the content of your emails, place subject, complete the content of the e-mail and/or place an image.
Warning
If you use images for your mail, we recommend using images of 600 x 90 pixels.

Examples
a) Simple mode for Anonymous profile
In this example, we will charge a minimum of $3 for using the PC, $6 for 1 hour of use and we will split every 15 minutes, so for 45 minutes of use we will charge $4.5.
b) Advanced Mode for Anonymous Profile
In this example, we will charge the first 15 minutes $2, when we get to 30 minutes $4, 45 minutes will cost $5.50, an hour $6 and then every 15 minutes $1.50.
c) Simple Mode for Registered Profile
In this example, we will charge a minimum of $1, the cost of the hour is $10, we divide every 1 minute and use rounding of $0.05.
d) Advanced Mode for Registered Profile
In this example, we will not set a minimum cost and we will decrease the cost per PC use progressively. The first 20 minutes of use cost $5, up to 40 minutes your customer pays $9 and when you arrive at the time pay $12. From the second hour $3 is charged every 20 minutes.
e) Ticket PIN profile
In this example of PIN Ticket, PC usage has a minimum cost of $2.50, the hour costs $10, is split per minute and the PIN ticket costs $50 (Which is equivalent to 5 hours).
f) Profile PIN card
In this example, the PIN card costs $100, 1 hour is worth $15 and is split every 15 minutes.
